If you have specific questions about completion and/or submission of assignments, discussions, exams, etc. or if you have questions about your textbook, class requirements, due dates, etc., you need to contact your instructor. Instructors control software settings for all aspects of their Moodle courses.
Please note: SCC OnLine may be able to assist you with web browser problems and/or settings. However, you need to communicate directly with your Internet provider about connectivity problems. It is your responsibility to make sure that your computer, operating system, web browser, antivirus software, etc. are current and that your Internet connection is functional. Also, if you plan to use a portable mobile device (such as a smart phone) to access your course(s), it your responsibility to work with your service provider and/or the vendor of your device. You must also ensure that your computer has adequate hardware, a stable and persistent Internet connection, and the software (including a supported web browser and a supported word processor) necessary to complete the required elements of your online course(s).
